Strawberry Salsa

Ingredients

2 cups diced strawberries
1/2 large avocado
1/4 red onion
Handful stemmed cilantro, finely chopped
1 lime, juiced
2 tablespoons honey or agave, or to taste
1 jalapeño (optional for a spicy salsa)

Directions

Finely dice the red onion, avocado and jalapeño (if using). Place them in a small bowl, then gently combine with cilantro, fresh lime juice and honey (if using). Grab your chip & dip!
